What You Need:

large, white paper plate
2 sheets of colored construction paper
glue, stapler
colored markers

What You Do:

1. Fold the paper plate in half, back sides together. Staple along the fold to reinforce it. The plate should be able to rock back and forth.

2. Fold a sheet of construction paper in half the long way. Draw windows and doors and animals on both sides of the paper. Put glue along the inside edges and glue it over the folded edge of the plate.

3. Fold another sheet of construction paper in half the short way. Draw more windows and animals on both sides of this paper. Put glue along the inside edges and glue it on top of the first strip.

4. Color the bottom of the plate blue to look like water.
