What You Need: white paper plate |

What You Do:
1. Fold the paper plate in half with the back sides facing. Unfold it. |

2. On one side of the plate draw a half circle. The ends should touch the fold line. 3. Punch a hole inside the half circle with your scissors and cut it out. |

4. Color a band of red around the rim at the top. Then add a band of each of the other colors in the rainbow: orange, yellow, green, blue, violet. 5. Cut out some cloud shapes from the white paper. Glue the clouds to the sides of the rainbow. 6. Refold the plate so it stands. |
