Aladdin's Lamp Book Signing

I appeared with illustrator Katherine Janus Kahn at a book signing for Noah and the Ziz at Aladdin's Lamp Bookstore in Arlington, Virginia, on November 22, 2004. I did a reading, and Katherine Kahn drew pictures of the Ziz in everyone's books.
  Jacqueline with Katherine Kahn.

On Sunday, October 3, 2004, children got to meet the Ziz and Sammy Spider at The 6th Annual Hyman S. & Freda Bernstein Jewish Literary Festival at the Washington DC Jewish Community Center. I was there with Katherine Kahn, illustrator of our book The Hardest Word: A Yom Kippur Story and the Sammy Spider books. We brought puppets of the Ziz and Sammy Spider and performed for preschool students. Afterward, we gave out a Ziz coloring sheet. Get your copy here.
